Pool Cleaning Services in Pinellas County, FL

Weekly pool care and repair from the beaches to Safety Harbor

Pinellas is a peninsula with water on three sides, and that shapes how pools behave here. Salt air drifts off the Gulf, bay breezes push debris into skimmers and summer storms roll through most afternoons. Palmway Pools provides weekly pool cleaning, hot tub service and equipment repair across most of the county.

Our routes run from downtown St. Petersburg and the Gulf beach towns up through Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin and Palm Harbor. Every visit follows the same seven steps and ends with a photo report.

Pinellas Cities Where We Clean Pools

Each community has its own page with neighborhoods, covered ZIP codes and the pool problems we see most there.

From brick streets in Old Northeast to canal homes on Snell Isle and Coquina Key, St.

Pool cleaning in St. Petersburg

Clearwater pools range from mainland ranch homes to properties near the beach and the bay. Wind, sand and heavy summer use keep our crews busy brushing, vacuuming and rebalancing chlorine here.

Pool cleaning in Clearwater

Largo sits in the middle of the county, with plenty of mid-century homes, screened lanais and 55+ communities. Older pumps and filters are common, so equipment checks matter on every visit.

Pool cleaning in Largo

Seminole homes around Lake Seminole and Bardmoor often have mature trees and screened pools.

Pool cleaning in Seminole

Inland Pinellas Park, along with Lealman and Kenneth City, has many single-family pools that see steady family use.

Pool cleaning in Pinellas Park

Dunedin’s tree-lined streets and waterfront along St. Joseph Sound mean leaves and pollen in the water much of the year. We schedule consistent weekly visits so debris never sits long enough to stain.

Pool cleaning in Dunedin

Palm Harbor has many newer subdivisions with screen enclosures, pool heaters and automation systems.

Pool cleaning in Palm Harbor

Oldsmar sits at the top of Old Tampa Bay, with newer neighborhoods and plenty of saltwater systems. We inspect and clean salt cells so scale does not cut chlorine output.

Pool cleaning in Oldsmar

Safety Harbor’s older homes and big shade trees bring a steady stream of leaves and acorns into pools. Regular skimming and basket cleaning protect pumps from clogs.

Pool cleaning in Safety Harbor

Gulfport’s small lots and older cottages along Boca Ciega Bay often have compact pools and spas.

Pool cleaning in Gulfport

On St. Pete Beach and in Pass-a-Grille, sand and salt spray reach almost every pool. Many homes here are rentals, and we keep them guest-ready between bookings.

Pool cleaning in St. Pete Beach

Treasure Island pools sit between the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay, many on canals. Wind-blown sand, salt and storm debris are routine cleanup for our technicians.

Pool cleaning in Treasure Island

Madeira Beach and the Redington towns are full of waterfront homes and vacation rentals. We balance chemistry after heavy guest use and check equipment exposed to salt air.

Pool cleaning in Madeira Beach

Indian Rocks Beach is a quieter beach town with many second homes and rentals. Owners who live elsewhere rely on our photo reports to know their pool is in good shape.

Where We Do and Do Not Service in Pinellas

We cover 46 Pinellas ZIP codes: St. Petersburg, the Gulf beach towns from Pass-a-Grille and Tierra Verde to Indian Rocks Beach, Gulfport, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar and Palm Harbor.

Two areas in north Pinellas are outside our current routes. We do not service Tarpon Springs, and we do not service ZIP code 34688, which covers the East Lake and Lake Tarpon side. If you live near those boundaries, call 844-307-1680 or start a booking online and we will confirm whether your address is on a route before anything is scheduled.

What Makes Pool Care in Pinellas Different

Most of the county sits close to salt water, and many homes back up to canals or the Intracoastal. Salt settles on screens and decks, finds its way into the water and speeds corrosion on heaters, pump motors and fittings. Barrier island pools also collect fine sand that settles on the floor.

Inland, the bigger issue is trees. Older streets in St. Pete, Largo, Dunedin and Safety Harbor drop leaves, pollen and fronds year round, and strong summer sun followed by heavy rain can turn an untested pool green within days.

  • Spring oak pollen that coats the water surface
  • Afternoon thunderstorms that dilute chemistry and overload skimmers
  • Hurricane season cleanup for screen enclosures and debris
  • Salt air corrosion on heaters, pumps and lighting
  • Scale on saltwater chlorinator cells

Pinellas County Pool Service FAQs

Do you service every city in Pinellas County?2026-10-08T09:00:00-04:00

Almost. We cover 46 ZIP codes from St. Pete Beach and Tierra Verde up to Palm Harbor and Oldsmar. The exceptions are Tarpon Springs and ZIP 34688 on the East Lake and Lake Tarpon side, which are outside our routes. If you are close to that line, call 844-307-1680 or begin an online booking and we will check your exact address.

How does living near the Gulf or the bay affect my pool?2026-10-08T09:01:00-04:00

Salt air and wind carry salt, sand and debris into the water and onto your equipment. That can shift chemistry, scratch or cloud the water and corrode metal parts over time. Weekly visits let us vacuum out sand, rebalance the water and catch early signs of corrosion on heaters, pumps and fittings before they turn into repairs.

What happens to my pool service during hurricane season?2026-10-08T09:02:00-04:00

Storms bring heavy rain, torn screens and piles of leaves and branches. Once it is safe to travel, we resume routes, clear debris, confirm equipment runs and rebalance water that rain has diluted. Your photo report then shows the pool’s condition after cleanup.

Can you work within my HOA or 55+ community rules?2026-10-08T09:03:00-04:00

Yes. Many Pinellas communities have gate access, parking or service-hour rules. Share them when you book and we will plan visits to fit. Working seven days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM, gives us room to schedule around them.

Will I get the same technician each week?2026-10-08T09:04:00-04:00

We assign the same technician to your pool whenever possible. A tech who sees your pool every week learns where debris collects and how your pump normally sounds, so changes stand out quickly and small problems get flagged in your report before they grow into repairs.

How do I get started with a Pinellas pool service plan?2026-10-08T09:05:00-04:00

Call 844-307-1680 or use our online booking. Tell us about your pool, any spa or hot tub, your equipment and whether the property is a home or a rental. We confirm the address falls inside our Pinellas ZIP codes and then put your first visit on the calendar.
